A Messy House Is A Happy House?????

Okay, I am really putting myself out there by posting these pictures. I am a little embarrassed for you all to witness this, but I have to know if there is anyone else out there whose house ever looks like this?? Please tell me I am not the only one who can not seem to ever get anything done around the house!! I really am not a slob. Quite the opposite actually. I can not stand clutter. It seriously makes me nervous. I have been a lot better about it since the kids have come along but when it gets to a certain point it really starts to get to me. It is now at that point! I try to do stuff, I really do, but with 3 little ones, cleaning is just not at the top of my priority list during the day. Furthermore, after the kids go to bed at night the last thing I want to do is spend my few "quiet hours" cleaning. So what is a Mom to do?? I am not asking for sympathy or for someone to volunteer to clean my house (although that might be nice...just kidding... kind of...). I know it will all get done. Eventually. I guess I just need a little understanding and reaffirmation that I am not the only one out there with this problem and that it is not at all abnormal for a house to look like this every once in a while (or more often than that maybe). A messy house is a happy house, right????? So, if you ever stop by my house unannounced and it looks like this just remember....Love me, Love my messy house!!!

Laundry waiting to be folded. Just so you know, the towels on the end table that have already been folded have been sitting there for a week. Seriously, when bath time rolls around, we don't even look in the linen closet. Towels are kept on the love seat. And yes, despite the way our house looks, we do bathe!!!!

No, not a bombed out war zone...My living room.
Dining room table. The chairs are used more often for hanging clothes to dry than they are for sitting. Sad, I know.
Don't even get me started on the kitchen. The dishes in the dishwasher are clean but have not yet been unloaded, hence the pile up in and around the sink. This can not be normal.

Again, just remember.....Love me, Love my messy house!!!!!!!!!

(Not to mention handsome and smart!) I can not wait to see what the future holds for Brady Ryan! I am sure it will be very bright and adventurous! What tremendous joy he has added to our lives over the last 4 years! I am looking forward to lots more!!!!

Our Trip to Sea World San Antonio

This past weekend we took a mini family vacation to San Antonio so that we could take the boys to Sea World. We spent two days at Sea World and really had a great time! We spent the majority of our time at "Shamoo's Happy Harbor" which is the kid's area of the park. We tried to do some of the shows but Collin was scared of Shamoo (and most everything else for that matter) so it was kid's stuff from that point on! We already can't wait to go back!!

Here we are in front of Shamoo. Just for clarification, Shamoo is the black and white one! HA! HA! That joke never gets old does it???

Jay and Brady on Sea World's version of the log ride. Brady really surprised us with all the rides! He wanted to ride everything! He did say that the big hills on this ride made him "a little nervous."

Logan and Collin in the stroller. Logan was so good the whole time we were at Sea World! He never cried or fussed. He would just watch everything and everyone and nap when he got tired. He is such a sweet baby boy!
The next few pictures are from the water play area in the kid's area of the park. Brady and Collin loved playing in the water and getting wet.
Water would squirt out of the holes in the ground and then stop and squirt again when you least expect it. The boys were so funny to watch!
Waiting for the water to come...Where did it go???
Every time Collin would bend over to peek in the hole the water would shoot up and squirt him in the face. He must have done this a dozen times! It was hilarious!
Brady and Daddy on one of the rides.
Brady pushing his stroller. The boy's relaxing at the hotel. Brady and Collin LOVE staying in hotels! They get SO wild!!! I seriously think Collin had more fun in the hotel room than he did at Sea World! We were on the third floor and I am sure the people below us were loving us! I am really surprised we were not asked to leave on more than one occasion!
